  • Growth from business assistant into practice leadership and broader organizational roles

Blueprint provides the coaching and tools. Teammates are expected to engage with training, follow systems, and be honest about where they need help.

Consistent systems. Room for local personality.

Blueprint creates repeatable systems so patients and teammates receive a consistent experience across the organization.

Each office still has room to shape its own traditions, celebrations, communication style, and team experiences within those standards.

Practice leaders help translate Blueprint expectations into a strong local culture – not invent an entirely separate operating system.

A strong fit for business assistants and practice leaders

  • Dental front-office experience preferred
  • Office management, treatment coordination, or patient-care coordination experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Organization, dependability, and attention to detail
  • Positive, team-first mindset
  • Comfort using data, technology, and repeatable systems
  • Interest in feedback, coaching, and leadership growth

This environment is a better fit for someone who wants to lead through systems and teamwork than for someone who wants to run an office entirely their own way.

Everything You Need to Know

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be responsible for all insurance verification and billing?
No. Central and remote teams handle most verification, RCM, recall, and selected administrative work. The local team remains the patient-facing liaison and supports exceptions and office flow.
Do local teammates still answer phones?
Yes. Local teams support patient calls and overflow while centralized teams handle many recurring call and recall workflows.
What is the difference between a business assistant and practice leader?
Business assistants focus primarily on patient service and daily administrative flow. Practice leaders also coach the team, review KPIs, coordinate execution, and partner with doctors and Blueprint leadership.
Is there a leadership path?
Yes. Teammates have advanced from office-level roles into multi-office and department leadership. Advancement depends on performance, leadership behavior, available roles, and organizational needs.
How much autonomy does each office have?
Blueprint standardizes core systems while giving offices room to shape local culture and make practical adjustments within those standards.
