You are a Perio Therapist and an essential healthcare provider.
Blueprint hygienists are expected to diagnose, educate, partner with doctors, and help patients understand the relationship between periodontal health and overall health.
The schedule gives you one patient per hour so you can provide comprehensive care without assisted or double-booked hygiene.
You will have modern tools, a dedicated operatory, doctor partnership, compensation upside, and a hygiene community that helps you keep growing.
You receive the higher of your hourly pay or 30% of adjusted production.

Blueprint does not use a dedicated hygiene assistant to run multiple columns. Hygienists own their clinical flow, periodontal charting, patient education, and care experience.
Teammates help each other when the day requires it, and Avora voice-enabled charting and note dictation reduce administrative friction, but the model is intentionally built around one patient at a time.
